Your precise amount of wage loss payments will vary, however payments are usually 66 2/3rds of your average weekly wage, with a maximum weekly amount set by the Legislature. The amount of time you can receive workers’ comp benefits in the state of Mississippi is limited to no more than 450 times the maximum weekly amount established by the Mississippi State Legislature.What to Do If Your Claim is Denied
